AI credits
Usage of Agent Blond is measured in AI credits. Your organization receives a weekly quota — here's how big it is, where you track consumption, and how to extend it.
Weekly quota
The quota depends on your plan and resets every Monday at 00:00:

All members of the organization share the quota. Recurring tasks and voice mode count toward it too — voice minutes consume considerably more credits than text chats.
Fiduciary mandates
If a fiduciary manages your company through Blond, the fiduciary and all managed clients share one common quota.
What is an AI credit?
One AI credit corresponds to roughly 10,000 tokens. Tokens are the word fragments an AI model reads and writes — everything counts: your question, the answer, attached documents, and the data Agent Blond pulls from Blond in the background. There is no fixed price per message or per action.
What drives consumption:

As a rule of thumb: a short question usually costs less than one credit, a longer session with many data lookups several.
TIP
Start a new chat for a new topic. That way the whole old conversation isn't counted again with every message.
Which models are behind it?
Agent Blond runs on current AI models from OpenAI. In the chat you choose between three tiers:
Standard: A fast, capable model for everyday work — the right choice for most tasks.
Pro: A stronger model with more thinking time for complex tasks, such as large reconciliations or analyses.
Ultra: The most capable model available, for the hardest tasks.
We pick the specific models and settings behind each tier based on internal benchmarks and update them as better models become available. The tiers and their credit multipliers stay the same.
Note
Pro and Ultra are included in the Voll Blond plan.
Keeping an eye on consumption
In the chat: As you approach the limit, the chat shows a warning. Once the quota is used up, Agent Blond pauses until next Monday — scheduled tasks are marked Skipped during that time.
In the settings: As an admin, Settings → Billing & usage shows the Usage section with the last 12 weeks of consumption, split into chat, scheduled tasks, and other, plus the current weekly quota.
You can also just ask Agent Blond: "How many AI credits do I have left?"
Getting more credits
If the quota isn't enough, extend it on the subscription page with a monthly add-on package:

Packages apply per organization, take effect immediately, and can be cancelled monthly — after cancelling, they stay active until the end of the paid period.

An add-on package requires an active paid plan — during the trial or when paying by invoice, contact support for more credits.
