Personalizing Agent Blond
Adjust how Agent Blond works: what it remembers, how it writes, and when it asks you for approval.
Memories
While you chat, Blond automatically remembers things about you and your company — preferences, corrections, and standards — to give better answers over time. You can see all stored Memories in the chat under the Memories menu item (app.blond.swiss/chat/memories).
The page has two sections:

You can edit or delete any memory at any time. You can also ask Agent Blond directly in the chat to remember something ("Remember: we always round to 5 centimes") or to forget something.
Learn from activity
With the Learn from activity setting in your personal settings, you allow Agent Blond to review your recent conversations and activity overnight and remember things on its own. Memories learned this way carry the label Learned from activity and can be edited or deleted like any other.
Note
The setting is enabled by default and can be turned off per person.
Custom instructions
Custom instructions give Agent Blond permanent guidance — your preferred writing style, standard terms, or your line of business. There are two levels:
Personal: In your personal settings under the Chat section. Applies only to your own chats.
Organization-wide: As an admin under Settings → AI in the Custom instructions field. Applies to all members and is complemented by the personal instructions.
Confirm agent actions
In your personal settings, Confirm agent actions controls when Agent Blond shows an approval card before making a change:

| Only risky actions | Approval for sending, deletions, and similarly sensitive actions (default) |
| Every change | Approval before every single change |
TIP
Most changes can also be undone afterwards via Restore snapshot in the response — so Never ask is less risky than it sounds. Sent emails, however, cannot be recalled.
Voice
For voice mode, choose under Voice in your personal settings whether Agent Blond speaks with a female or male voice.
